GLI UFOLOGI DI TUTTO IL MONDO EVOCANO UN PIANETA TERRA E UN COSMO DI PACE E BUONA VOLONTA’
Premesso che il 33° Simposio Mondiale sugli UFO sul Titano con contributi da 12 Paesi ha non solo definitivamente confermato la attualità e realtà di questo fenomeno intelligente ed estraneo storicamente manifestatosi a livello istituzionale in Italia oltre 90 anni fa come ora comprovato da documenti storici d’epoca confermati anche dagli USA, ma anche il suo evidente e persistente monitoraggio dei nostri teatri bellici e dei siti militari nucleari mondiali, dalla neutrale e Serenissima Repubblica di San Marino, sede del Simposio e faro dal 301 d.C., dei valori di libertà e dignità per l’umanità, ricordando altresì che la Costituzione Italiana ripudia la guerra come mezzo di risoluzione delle controversie internazionali, il CUN (Centro Ufologico Nazionale) italiano con l’ICER (l’International Coalition for Extraterrestrial Research, ONG riunente oltre 30 Paesi), interpretando tutta la Comunità ufologica mondiale, ha emesso una Risoluzione politica che prende atto del fatto che al momento la Comunità internazionale delle Nazioni Unite sembra non riuscire a garantire il diritto umano alla pace con tregue e negoziati in grado di tutelare l’umanità dagli ormai gravi rischi nucleari e ambientali.
La geopolitica attuale dovrà dunque integrare il multilateralismo fra gli Stati con un dialogo fra Nazioni e Comunità, fra cui quella ufologica, che raccomanda comunque, in sede di Nazioni Unite, l’istituzione di un osservatorio permanente di ricerca e comunicazione sui Fenomeni Anomali Non Identificati (UAP) in linea con il Progetto Titano per l’ONU votato e approvato dal Parlamento sammarinese, onde tutelare il diritto umano ad essere informati, in una Terra ed in un Cosmo di Pace, sulle persistenti manifestazioni di probabili presenze intelligenti di origine allogena finora non dimostratesi ostili, di fronte alle quali la comunità umana con le sue contraddizioni e i suoi limiti etici dovrebbe presentarsi solo con i suoi lati migliori.
UFOLOGISTS FROM ALL OVER THE WORLD EVOKE A PLANET EARTH AND A COSMOS OF PEACE AND GOOD WILL
Given that the 33rd World Symposium on UFOs on Mount Titan with contributions from 12 countries has not only definitively confirmed the relevance and reality of this intelligent and extraneous phenomenon which historically manifested itself at an institutional level in Italy over 90 years ago as now proven by historical documents of the time also confirmed by the USA, but also its clear and persistent monitoring of our theaters of war and global nuclear military sites, by the neutral and Serene Republic of San Marino, home of the Symposium and beacon since 301 AD, of the values of freedom and dignity for the humanity, also remembering that the Italian Constitution repudiates war as a means of resolving international disputes, the Italian CUN (National Ufological Center) with ICER (the International Coalition for Extraterrestrial Research, an NGO bringing together over 30 countries), interpreting all the world UFO community has issued a political Resolution which takes note of the fact that at the moment the international community of the United Nations seems unable to guarantee the human right to peace with truces and negotiations capable of protecting humanity from the now serious nuclear and environmental risks. Current geopolitics will therefore have to integrate multilateralism between States with a dialogue between Nations and Communities, including the ufological one, which however recommends, within the United Nations, the establishment of a permanent research and communication observatory on Unidentified Anomalous Phenomena (UAP) in line with the Titan Project for the UN voted and approved by the San Marino Parliament, in order to protect the human right to be informed, in an Earth and in a Cosmos of Peace, on the persistent manifestations of probable intelligent presences of alien origin which globally has not not been hostile to date, and in front of which the human community with its contradictions and its ethical limits should present itself only with its best sides.
